  • Where did I get my order?
    • Orders sent to Canada are delivered within a 3- to 7-day timeframe commencing from the time of dispatch and are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia.

International Shipping

  • An international dispatch is any package headed for locations outside Canada, the United States, and US Territories. You must spend $200 or at least 20 seeds to order internationally.

  • Orders outside the United States are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Discount coupons are not compatible with ongoing sales or promotions.

Delivery & Shipment Issues

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Tracking from Los Angeles, California, to clients in all 50 states and US territories.
  • From Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Post delivers domestic orders to clients inside the country.
  • Packages are expected to arrive 3 to 7 days after being dispatched. Please be aware that changes may be made to the postal carrier’s schedule.

  • A Postal Service claim number is necessary to reship packages that have been reported as stolen or lost in transit.

Germination Assurance

  • Only if you carefully follow the instructions we provide with each purchase on our advised method can we guarantee an 80% germination rate.
  • You should plant the taproot in regular potting soil after it has developed.
    • NO fertilizers and NO nutrients.
  • The only cultivator is in charge of the growth of the seedlings when they emerge from the soil.
  • Please note that Beaver Seeds disclaims responsibility for changes in plant behavior brought on by environmental conditions.
  • We promise an 80% germination rate for every package size when the germination instructions are strictly adhered to.
  • Please be informed that any efforts at germination made with water sources other than bottled spring water will not be approved. If the germination rate is less than 80%, tap water, reverse osmosis, distilled water, and well water will not be considered alternatives.
  • We cannot guarantee germination for seeds that are stored in bags, hidden in any way, or exposed to a seed-heating pad while germination is taking place.
  • There is one replacement available for every purchase.
  • If the seeds are stored properly, and the instructions are followed, the germination guarantees are valid for up to two years after the date of purchase.
