• Is purchasing seeds legal according to the law?

  • Being at least 19 years old and having a reliable payment method is essential.
• Exchange or Refund?
  • All transactions are final and cannot be altered or refunded.
  • Orders with tracking numbers cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For orders without tracking numbers, adjustments may be available.
  • Packages with tracking numbers are not eligible for refunds unless they are unopened, undamaged, and have a “returned to sender” status.
  • A refund, minus the shipping fee, will be issued for eligible returns as described above.
• Where did I get my order?
  • Orders shipped to Canada are delivered within 3-7 days from dispatch, shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia.
  • Orders from Los Angeles, California, will also take 3-7 days to arrive.

• How can I monitor the progress of my package?
  • For Canadian customers: Canada Post Tracking.
  • For USA and international customers: USPS Tracking.
• What type of packaging can I expect with my purchase?
  • Products for the USA and Canada are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. International orders are shipped discreetly without packaging.

International Shipping

• Orders outside Canada, the USA, and US Territories require a $200 minimum or at least 20 seeds.
• The buyer is responsible for taxes, tariffs, fees, and customs charges.
• We use covert shipping methods. Ensure your contact details are accurate and reachable.
• International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• We cannot guarantee an 80% germination rate for international orders.
• Transit delays may occur. Each purchase includes a postal tracking number.

Delivery & Shipment Issues

Germination Assurance

• Only if you carefully follow the instructions we provide with each purchase on our advised method can we guarantee an 80% germination rate.
• You should plant the taproot in regular potting soil after it has developed.
  • NO fertilizers and NO nutrients.
• The only cultivator is in charge of the growth of the seedlings when they emerge from the soil.
• Please note that Beaver Seeds disclaims responsibility for changes in plant behavior brought on by environmental conditions.
• We promise an 80% germination rate for every package size when the germination instructions are strictly adhered to.
• Please be informed that any efforts at germination made with water sources other than bottled spring water will not be approved. If the germination rate is less than 80%, tap water, reverse osmosis, distilled water, and well water will not be considered alternatives.
• We cannot guarantee germination for seeds that are stored in bags, hidden in any way, or exposed to a seed-heating pad while germination is taking place.
• There is one replacement available for every purchase.
• If the seeds are stored properly, and the instructions are followed, the germination guarantees are valid for up to two years after the date of purchase.
